Step 1: Contact Form

To begin the process, please complete the contact form available on our website.
This will allow our team to pre-screen your eligibility based on your institutional profile.

Please include relevant information in your message that allows us to find and verify your organization online (such as website, festival name, institution, or public profile).

After review, you will receive an official email either inviting you to apply or politely declining your request if it does not meet our membership criteria.
 

Step 2: Confirmation & Submission

If your initial request is accepted, you will receive an official confirmation email from Squared Eyes.
Once confirmed, you must reply by submitting all required information in a single PDF file.

Please send it to info@squared.eyes.com with the subject line:
"Application for Membership – [Your Name or Organization]"

⚠️ Incomplete applications or multiple attachments will not be reviewed.

What to Include in Your Application (PDF)

1. Legal & Institutional Information

  • Full legal name of your organization or company

  • Country of incorporation

  • Official registration number (CIF / VAT / Business ID)

  • Legal address

  • Website or institutional profile

  • Type of entity:
    ☐ Non-profit ☐ Foundation ☐ Governmental body ☐ Educational institution ☐ Cultural organization ☐ Other (specify)

 

2. Main Contact Person

  • Full name

  • Role or position

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • LinkedIn or public professional profile

  • Years of experience in cultural, educational, or film-related work

 

3. Activity Overview

  • Description of your organization’s programming focus (festivals, screenings, educational work, etc.)

  • Audience type and estimated size

  • Approximate number of screenings or cultural events per year

  • Names of any institutional or professional partners

 

4. Reference Materials (optional but recommended)

  • Recent programs, brochures, institutional reports, or press coverage

  • Photographic documentation (max. 3 images)

  • Letters of recommendation from recognized peers or institutions (optional)

 

5. Declaration of Interest

  • Why you want to join Squared Eyes

  • How you intend to use the licensed films (scope, context, and audience)

  • Confirmation that your activities are strictly non-commercial

 

6. Membership Fee

If your application is approved, you will receive an official acceptance email.
You will then be required to pay the annual membership fee of EUR 3,000.

 

➡️ Membership will only be activated once full payment is confirmed.
No access to the platform, catalog, or services will be granted until payment is received.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Squared Eyes in writing.

 

⚠️ 7. Important Terms
  • Submission does not guarantee admission.

  • All applications are reviewed by the Squared Eyes Selection Board.

  • Response time: up to 10 business days.

  • The platform is strictly for non-commercial cultural use. Misuse may result in immediate revocation of access.
